Chris Walker, CLP is Vice President, Business Development at GreatAmerica where he originates and manages broker relationships. He is a veteran of 30 years in the small ticket leasing business with an expertise in originating national vendor and broker relationships. Chris serves on the Board of Directors of The National Equipment Finance Association and the Certified Lease Professional Foundation.

Jack grew up in Mississippi and graduated from the University of Mississippi with a degree in Electrical Engineering. After spending seven years in computer sales with IBM in Memphis, TN, he joined ITEL in 1977, a tax leveraged leasing company out of San Francisco, to manage the Memphis, TN office. He then joined Econocom, a computer leasing company based in Memphis and after seven years became President. After Econocom was sold, he was recruited to Minneapolis, MN to run Bell Atlantic Computer Products, a telecom and computer engineering and leasing company owned by Bell Atlantic. After he sold this company for Bell Atlantic and twenty plus years in the leasing business, Jack returned to the South to open his own leasing company, Enterprise Financial Solutions, Inc. located in Little Rock, AR. Enterprise Financial focuses on vendor programs in the Southeast and Southwest regions of the US. Jack is married to Jennifer, has two stepchildren, and has been a member of NAELB for 10 years and is currently Past President of the Board of Directors.

John has 29 years experience in Financial Services, with 25 years spent in small ticket and middle market equipment leasing with Colonial-Pacific, FirstCorp, MetLife Capital, Financial Pacific Leasing and most recently, Radiance Capital LLC as Chief Operating Officer. His primary responsibilities included management of the credit, underwriting, portfolio and marketing groups. John recently 8/2010, moved to Portfolio Financial servicing group in Portland,OR as director of Risk Management. John currently serves on the NEFA Board of Directors and served as Chairman of the ELA Credit & Collection Committee from 2002-2004 as well as Treasurer of the CLP Foundation. He has been a speaker and panelist at numerous industry conferences on collection techniques, equipment and legal account management and fraud prevention and is a seasoned instructor for with the Institute for Leasing Professionals. John has also authored several notable articles, including two published by the Monitor: Collection Best Practices—Good or just average? - and Client-Lawfirm Relationships—are they as productive as they should be? John was also a contributing author for the Certified Lease Professionals’ Handbook and the Handbooks most recent edition.

Theresa began her career in commercial equipment financing and leasing at a Pitney Bowes subsidiary, Colonial Pacific Leasing, where she worked the funding side of the industry from credit and documentation to sales and marketing. She then went onto establish her own leasing company in 1996, located Seattle and earned her CLP designation that same year.

She is an active member NAELB and NEFA, has served on the UAEL Board of Directors, volunteered on numerous committees with NEFA, UAEL and NAELB, instructed for the Institute for Leasing Professionals as well as NEFA education videos, and presents across the United States on “The Key to Cash Flow”.

Mr. Bonanno is in his fifth consecutive term as a Director of the CLP Foundation. He is one of only three Attorneys in the United States to have earned the CLP designation and is legal counsel to the National Association of Equipment Leasing Brokers. He has conducted workshops for the NAELB, Eastern Association of Equipment Lessors, the United Association of Equipment Leasing and taught the legal, documentation and collection portion of the master CLP review course. He has also been an instructor in leasing and commercial law for Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education. He has participated in instructional series for leasing executives from the former Soviet Union and the Kosovo Bankers Association, through The World Bank. He has written numerous industry related articles for Leasing Logic, The Monitor and World Leasing News. He has been an expert witness in equipment leasing litigation and has been named one of the 25 most influential people in the leasing industry by Leasing News online magazine.

Donna M. Wesemann is Vice President of Sales for Susquehanna Commercial Finance, Inc. She has strong business and marketing experience with accountability and responsibility for business development and the hiring, training and expansion of the sales team for Susquehanna Commercial Finance, Inc. She has over 25+ years in the leasing industry. Since joining Susquehanna Commercial Finance, Inc., in 1999 and being promoted to the position of Vice President, she has held the position of Director of Broker Services, National Account Manager and Sales Manager. Before joining Susquehanna Commercial Finance, Inc., she served as the Director of Sales, Asset Based Lending Group for National Penn Bank. Prior to that, she was the Vice President of American Business Leasing. She was hired to form a leasing division for American Business Financial Services and launched ABFS into the leasing market. Major career accomplishments include:

• Successfully launching 3 independent captive leasing companies.
• Achieving record high sales numbers for ten consecutive years.
• Developing and implementing national account departments for several leasing companies.
• Developing and implementing a broker division for several leasing companies.

Donna served on the Small Ticket Business Council Steering Committee and the Membership Marketing Committee for the ELA and has had affiliation in the past with the EAEL and NAELB Associations.

Rosanne Wilson, CLP, began her leasing career in 1975 with Trans America Financial Services. In 1990, after gaining confidence and experience, she founded 1st Independent Leasing, Inc. in Beaverton, OR. Her company is a full service national leasing brokerage and handles all types of equipment leasing markets, as well as provides SBA Loan assistance. Always active in the leasing industry, 2009 marks Rosanne's fifth year as Treasurer on the Board of Directors of the NAELB. Leasing News recognized her with a nomination for the “Most Influential Women In Leasing” Award in 2009.
